PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizable heat-insulating composition, a heat-insulating intermediate sheet using the same and a transparent heat-insulating sandwich-structured panel which exhibits high transparency, a high wide-range near infrared absorbance and a high heat-insulation index.SOLUTION: There is provided a plasticizable heat-insulating composition which comprises 5 to 99.9 pts.wt. of a plasticizer, 0.1 to 95 pts.wt. of heat-insulating particles and a solvent which is compatible with a polyvinyl acetal resin and has a boiling point higher than 200°C, wherein the plasticizer is selected from a solvent which is compatible with a polyvinyl acetal resin and has a boiling point higher than 200°C, an aliphatic monoepoxy carboxylate having 9 to 20 carbon atoms, an aliphatic polyepoxy carboxylate having 9 to 20 carbon atoms, an alicyclic monoepoxy carboxylate having 9 to 20 carbon atoms, an alicyclic polyepoxy carboxylate having 9 to 20 carbon atoms, an aliphatic diol ester having 4 to 22 carbon atoms, an aliphatic dicarboxylate diester having 4 to 22 carbon atoms and a combination thereof. |
