发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING POROUS SILICA
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide porous silica which can be easily formed into various shapes, has excellent transparency, and can be converted into nanoparticles and obtained in a high-efficiency even in the case when a cationic surfactant having carbon atoms of 7 or less is used.SOLUTION: Monolithic mesoporous silica having pore diameters of 0.5 nm or more and less than 2 nm are obtained by dispersing a cationic surfactant having a hydrophobic part with carbon atoms of 7 or less into an alkoxysilane, then adding water having a pH of 0-2 to the alkoxysilane in an amount of 2-4 equivalents based on the alkoxysilane, and mildly advancing hydrolysis of the alkoxysilane. Further, it becomes possible to finely control the fine pore diameter by adding an organic silane into the system. Monolithic mesoporous silica nanoparticles are obtained by adding a polyethylene glycol into the synthesis system. Bead-like mesoporous silica or the like, a thin film, and a fiber-like formed material are, respectively, obtained by (1) adding dropwise a precursor solution before gelatinization to a basic aqueous solution, (2) spin-coating the precursor solution on a substrate, and (3) blowing out the precursor solution by a spinner.</p>
