METHOD FOR PROCESSING CALL COMPETITION IN COMMUNICATION NETWORK AND DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing call competition at a call processing device in a communication network.SOLUTION: A call processing device comprises: a first call processing element that processes a first call started by a first terminal; and a second call processing element that processes a second call started by a second terminal. A method comprises the steps of: inquiring a called number in call records of the second terminal when the second call processing element receives an in-call message that is started by the first terminal and aimed at communicating with the second terminal while the second terminal is busy; comparing the starting time of the first call with the starting time of the second call if the called number in the call records of the second terminal is the number of the first terminal included in the in-call message; and releasing a call having later starting time whereas continuing setting of a call having earlier starting time on the basis of the comparison result.
