SLAVE DEVICE, MASTER/SLAVE SYSTEM AND TIME SYNCHRONIZATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate time synchronization in a slave device which synchronizes the time managed by itself with the time managed by a master device.SOLUTION: A wirelessly transmitted notification of a time managed by a master device is received. On the basis of a pair of the time managed by the master device obtained from the received notification and a time managed by a slave device at a time point when the notification was received, a time difference between the master device and the slave device is calculated. Then, whether or not the calculated time difference is equal to or less than a threshold is determined. When it is determined that the time difference is equal to or less than the threshold, the time managed by the slave device is corrected on the basis of the time difference.
