PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installation space of an exhaust gas treatment device.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas treatment device includes: an exhaust gas treatment part which uses heat energy to process an exhaust gas and uses a liquid to cool the processed exhaust gas; a circulation part which circulates the liquid in a circulation passage as a circulation liquid; a heat exchange tube which is used for cooling the circulation liquid and conducts heat exchange between a coolant flowing in the heat exchange tube and the circulation liquid flowing in the exterior of the heat exchange tube; and a circulation liquid storage part which stores the circulation liquid. The heat exchange tube is disposed in a heat exchange tube installation space that is secured in at least a part of the circulation liquid storage part.
