<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flooding that may occur in a ferry if there are a lot of nodes (communication terminals) in a radio communication available range in the ferry when the ferry (communication terminal) has moved to a closed area.SOLUTION: At arrival of scheduled time when a ferry moving between closed areas arrives at a specific location in a closed area, if nodes moving around in the closed area are in a certain distance from the specific location, each of the nodes negotiates with the other nodes by radio for which node will have a right to communicate with the ferry in order to limit the number of nodes having the right to communicate with the ferry to a threshold value or below. Each node exchanges data with the ferry by radio if it was determined that it has the right to communicate with the ferry by the negotiation.</p> |
