<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing an engine apparatus that facilitates prompt execution of an engine control process (by the action of pressing a regeneration approval switch (73)) for regenerating an exhaust gas purifying device (21). The engine apparatus is provided with an engine (3) for operating a working unit (18), an exhaust gas purifying device (21) disposed in the exhaust passage of the engine (3), and an engine controller (40) for controlling the operation of the engine (3), and is capable of executing a regeneration control process for burning away particulate matter in the exhaust gas purifying device (21). The engine apparatus is provided with a remote control unit (38) for remotely controlling the engine (3) or the working unit (18), and is arranged such that when the engine control process for regenerating the exhaust gas purifying device (21) is necessary, a regeneration request for regenerating the exhaust gas purifying device (21) is displayed as a warning on the remote control unit (38) on the basis of a regeneration request signal from the engine controller (40).</p> |
