<p>A different-phase two-point grounding short circuit selective tripping decision-making apparatuses for ungrounded and grounded systems. The apparatus consists of a first multiplier, a second multiplier, a third multiplier, and a first adder. Two fault branches of a system are separately corresponding to a tripping decision-making apparatus. A safety reliability s1 of one fault branch and a weight w1 are multiplied by means of the first multiplier, and an output is used as an input of the first adder. A benefit s2 of a transformer substation of the fault branch and a weight w2 are multiplied by means of the second multiplier, and an output is used as an input of the first adder. A benefit s3 of the transformer substation of the fault branch and a weight w3 are multiplied by means of the third multiplier, and an output is used as an input of the first adder. The outputs of the first adder are used as a first decision-making objective function value for the fault branch to participate in tripping decision-making. Finally decision-making objective function values of the two fault branches are compared, a fault branch with a small decision-making objective function value is cut off and the system can continuously run for a period of time with a single-point grounding fault, so that the power supply reliability is improved.</p> |
