PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a webbing device which inhibits the deterioration of the usability of a webbing during normal operation of a vehicle and enables a fluid to effectively pass through a tongue insertion portion of the webbing at predetermined occasions.SOLUTION: In a seat belt device 10, a spacer is fixed to a tongue 24 insertion portion of a webbing 18 and the spacer is soft. Thus, during the normal operation of a vehicle, flexibility of the webbing 18 is inhibited from being deteriorated by the spacer and deterioration in the usability of the webbing 18 is inhibited. Further, during an emergency of the vehicle, an impact is input from the tongue 24 to the spacer to harden the spacer. The action limits crush of the tongue 24 insertion portion of the webbing 18. Therefore, a gas generated by an inflator 30 effectively passes from a lap webbing 18A of the webbing 18 into a shoulder webbing 18B through the tongue 24 insertion portion. |
