PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide-out door opening and closing device capable of easily securing clearance with equipment and lamps or the like at a door periphery provided below a side face of a vehicle when the slide-out door is opened and closed.SOLUTION: A slide-out door opening and closing device 10 includes: a slide-out door 11 which is installed on a side face of a vehicle 20 and opened by being slid in a vehicle front-rear direction after being projected out in a vehicle width direction; a slide guide rail 25 which is fitted an indoor side below the slide-out door 11, and extends between a door front side 22 and a door base side 23 of the slide-out door 11; a link member 31 for projection which is provided for the vehicle 20 to rotate on a vertical axis; and a guide roller 32 which is mounted on the link member 31 for projection and relatively moves the slide guide rail 25. The slide guide rail 25 is so formed that a door front-side end 26 is positioned more inside in a vehicle width direction than a door base-side end 27. |
