PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply and air conditioning system enabling a comfortable heating air conditioning operation even when a temperature of water supplied to a hot water supply unit is low during an operation for simultaneously performing hot water supply and heating air conditioning.SOLUTION: A hot water supply and air conditioning system includes: an outdoor unit; an indoor unit connected to the outdoor unit via gas piping for exchanging heat between air and a gas refrigerant; and an outdoor unit that is connected to the outdoor unit via gas piping and has a hot water supply heat exchanger for exchanging heat between a secondary refrigerant and the gas refrigerant. A hot water supply unit further includes: first piping connected to the hot water supply heat exchanger to flow the secondary refrigerant which has not yet undergone heat exchange in the hot water supply heat exchanger; second piping connected to the hot water supply heat exchanger to flow the secondary refrigerant flowing out from the hot water supply heat exchanger after having undergone heat exchange; and a bypass circuit connecting the first piping with the second piping to make the secondary refrigerant flowing in the first piping bypass the hot water supply heat exchanger and flow in to the second piping.
