PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize signal energy of a transducer for extraction.SOLUTION: A sensor interface circuit 10, connected with a transducer 50, includes an input impedance variable circuit 11 and an amplifier 12, and adjusts input impedance of the input impedance variable circuit 11 to maximize output power of the amplifier 12. Thus, an output impedance of the transducer 50 can be matched with an input impedance of the sensor interface circuit 10, and one mass-produced sensor interface circuit 10 becomes available for multiple types of sensors, thereby achieving cost reduction. |
