PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for single lever combination faucet in which the number of components of a click mechanism part provided at a movable side member is reduced, and which does not require miniaturization of components and troublesome assembly work. ! SOLUTION: A cartridge 3 includes a click mechanism part 31 for imparting a click feeling at a predetermined position in a movement direction of a lever 7. The click mechanism part 31 has: a pressing body 32 provided at a movable valve body 5 and moving while being in contact with a part 37 to be pressed comprising an inner peripheral surface of a case 8; and a projection part 38 provided in a movement range of the pressing body 32.
