The object of the present invention is to provide a device for testing the performance on the ground which can experiment an environmental control device of an aviation electronics equipment ford system on the ground. The device for testing the performance on the ground according to the present invention comprises: a ford environment simulating unit for simulating the amount of a heat load in aviation equipment and the flux of evaporator air; an external environment simulating unit for simulating the external environment; and a refrigeration cycle unit having one end to be connected to the external environment simulating unit and the other side to be connected to the ford environment simulating unit, and to control the ford environment simulating unit in a set range of temperature according to the external environment.
