PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device capable of automatically switching a plurality of kinds of lens control-related setup data upon connection of a controller.SOLUTION: A lens system includes; a lens device which includes movable optical members, storage means for storing control setup information of the movable optical members, setup switching means for switching control setup information to be used out of the control setup information stored in the storage means, and control means for controlling driving of the movable optical members based on command signals and the control setup information; and manipulation means which outputs command signals for driving the movable optical members of the lens device. The storage means stores a plurality of pieces of control setup information, and the setup switching means selects and sets valid control setup information to be used by the control means depending on identification information from the manipulation means. |
