<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic synthesis device which, when synthesizing a chemical substance by means of electrolytic synthesis using energy which fluctuates with time such as renewable energy, can suppress progression of a reaction other than a target reaction that generates the chemical substance and synthesize the chemical substance with high efficiency and at a low cost.SOLUTION: Provided is an electrolytic synthesis device 100 which generates a chemical substance by making a redox reaction occur by using energy which fluctuates with time, comprising: a first electrode 120 where the chemical substance is generated by occurrence of either of an oxidation reaction or a reduction reaction of one component in an electrolytic solution; a second electrode 110 where another of an oxidation reaction or a reduction reaction of another component in the electrolytic solution occurs; and a control part 140 where current density is controlled so that electrode potential of the first electrode 120 reaches an oxidation potential or a reduction potential of a reaction to generate the chemical substance depending on fluctuation with time of the energy.</p> |
