<p>Disclosed are a method for correcting posture, a device for managing posture using the same, and a system for correcting posture. In the method according to the present invention, pressure values related to the posture of a user are collected and analyzed so that a posture pattern for the user is detected and disorders are determined from the detected posture pattern. Exercise contents matching the disorders are selected and shown to the user. Accordingly, a more active method for correcting posture can be provided.</p> |
