<p>The present invention relates to a device and a method for collecting and tracking location information of a mobile communication terminal. The device for collecting and tracking location information of a mobile communication terminal according to the present invention comprises: a location information transmission terminal; a location tracking terminal; and a location control server. The location information transmission terminal includes: a location information collection unit for collecting terminal location information using GPS information or surrounding environment information; a storage unit for establishing and storing a database by mapping the location information onto the surrounding environment information; and a control unit for ordering the location information collecting unit to locate a terminal using the GPS information or the surrounding environment information, and ordering to transmit the terminal location information obtained from the surrounding environment information and the database when the terminal is not located by the GPS information. The location tracking terminal receives location information from the location information transmission terminal, and transmits its own location information at the same time. The location control server receives location information on each of the location information transmission terminal and the location tracking terminal, and transmits, to the location tracking terminal, map information including the location information on each of the location information transmission terminal and the location tracking terminal.</p> |
