PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation of an aqueous dispersion of an isocyanate reactive polymer, an isocyanate particle of a surface non-active solid aliphatic series and a catalyst, or of a mixture of the aqueous dispersion, which enables refinements of a potential reactive coated material, a potential reactive film and a potential reactive powder, the coated material, the film and the powder being colorless and having color stability and storage stability.SOLUTION: In a compound of elements of the fifth transition group and the sixth transition group of the periodic table where each element has at least the +4 oxidation state, a catalyst progresses crosslinking reaction at 120°C or less, and progresses the reaction between a surface non-active solid isocyanate and an isocyanate reactive polymer, to be finished within 10 minutes normally. |
