WATER IMMERSION PREDICTION SYSTEM, WATER IMMERSION PREDICTION METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water immersion prediction system and a water immersion prediction method and program capable of easily predicting immersion from a conduit.SOLUTION: The water immersion prediction system includes: a rainfall distribution acquisition section; a conduit flow and water level prediction section; and an immersion prediction section. The rainfall distribution acquisition section acquires amount of rainfall in each area of a segmented target area provided with a conduit. The conduit flow and water level prediction section calculates a value representing water level in the conduit in each area using the acquired amount of rainfall. The immersion prediction section determines possibility of immersion due to overflow from the conduit in each area using the value representing the calculated water level.
