PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of seafood for improving, by establishing a state where effective components borne by seafood are easily digested and absorbed by human bodies, efficacy when blended with various health foods; a seafood extract; and a health food with which the same is blended.SOLUTION: The provided treatment method of seafood includes a step (1) of performing a high-pressure hot water treatment of seafood, a step (2) of treating, with a homogenizer, the extract obtained at the step (1), and a step (3) of subjecting, to an enzymatic reaction treatment, of the admixture obtained at the step (2). |
