PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooling device for a steering wheel, which can efficiently discharge heat.SOLUTION: The heating and cooling device for a steering wheel includes: first heat conduction members 51 disposed at gripping parts 14r, 14g of the steering wheel; heat sinks 57 disposed on the back side 62 of the steering wheel; and Peltier elements 55 disposed on the back side 62 of the steering wheel and connected to the first heat conduction members 51 and the heat sinks 57. A part of each of the first heat conduction members 51 is disposed on the back side 62 of the steering wheel, and a part of each of the first conduction members 51, the heat sinks 57 and the Peltier elements 55, which are disposed on the back side of the steering wheel, are arranged in the order of a part of each of the first conduction members 51, the heat sinks 57 and the Peltier elements 55 from the outer sides 14o of the steering wheel to the inner side 14i of the steering wheel. |
