<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film with a protective coating layer having a protective coating film laminated on a cyclic olefin-based film being a substrate film, which shows characteristics of not curling easily, does not cause cracks which become a practical problem even when the film with the protective coating layer is bent, and moreover shows good adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A film with a protective coating layer comprises a substrate film formed of a cyclic olefin-based resin and a protective coating layer formed on at least one surface thereof. The protective coating layer is a layer of a photo-cured material of a photo-curable composition including component (A) which is a polyfunctional acrylate monomer, component (C) which is an isocyanuric acid derivative having two or more (meth)acryloxy groups, and component (E) which is a photoinitiator. When the film with the protective coating film is subjected to a prescribed bending test which uses a round bar, and when a diameter of the round rod when cracks are caused on the protective coating layer or a substrate film is defined as R [mm] and a total thickness of the film with the protective coating layer is defined as H [μm], 0<R/H≤0.045 is satisfied.</p> |
