<p>A grinding device (1) for glass plates, having arranged at intervals upon a straight line: a mixing standby position (7) for the glass plates (5); a tangential line formation position (2); a break position (4); a grinding position (3); and a retrieval position (8) for the processed glass plates (5). A conveyance device (6) for the glass plates (5) is provided such that each position (7, 2, 4, 3, and 8) is along a straight line. The grinding device (1) is numerically controlled by a CNC (numerical control device) and performs: tangential line formation on the glass plates (5); breaking of the glass plates (5) along these tangential lines; grinding of the outer peripheral edge of the broken glass plates (5); and conveyancing of the glass plates (5) by a conveyancing device (6).</p> |
