<p>PURPOSE: An error estimation apparatus using a pCell database, apparatus, and terminal are provided to calculate an error distance by using the distribution information of a lattice cell corresponding to radio wave environment information. CONSTITUTION: A database stores each lattice cell separated by pCell identification. A lattice cell extraction unit(210) extracts a candidate cell corresponding to radio wave environment information collected from each lattice cell. A distribution range confirmation unit(220) confirms the distribution range of a candidate cell. An error calculation unit(230) calculates an edge coordinate value for each candidate cell within the distribution range. The error calculation unit recognizes a distance difference value as an error distance by comparing edge coordinate values.</p> |
