PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition excellent in usability, compatibility with main agents and solvents, water resistance, heat resistance, drying properties and extensibility, its production method and a resin composition containing the polyisocyanate.SOLUTION: A polyisocyanate composition contains a polyisocyanate consisting of a polycarbonate diol which is formed by copolymerizing together a polyisocyanate precursor consisting of a dimer or a higher multi-mer of at least one selected from aliphatic diisocyanates and alicyclic diisocyanates, at least two diols selected from 2-20C diols and a carbonate compound, and the polyisocyanate precursor has isocyanurate groups and allophanate groups, in a mol ratio of the isocyanurate groups to the allophanate groups of equal to or higher than 1:99 and lower than 80:20. |
