INTER-VIEWER COMMUNICATION METHOD, APPARATUS, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of defining an interval without hindering convenience of communication while keeping the accuracy of a comment display position.

SOLUTION: This inter-viewer communication method detects a plurality of video intervals on the basis of a plurality of features in a video image read from a video storage means, multiply defines a start time and an end time of the video interval as a scene, stores the result to a scene definition information storage means for each of the plurality of features, reads a comment corresponding to a scene wherein a media time of the video image is included between the start time and the end time of the scene stored in the scene definition information storage means from a user comment storage means for storing comments by each scene of the video image acquired from a user, reproduces the comment synchronously with the video image read from the video storage means and provides the reproduced video image and comment to a display means of the user.
