SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device, first potential is supplied from a high potential power source and second potential is supplied from a low potential power source, and when a first signal is input to an input node, an output node outputs a second signal. In the semiconductor device, a potential difference of the second signal is controlled to be smaller than a potential difference between the first potential and the second potential, thereby power consumption accompanied with charging/discharging of wiring can be reduced. !
