PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a conventional arc start quality determination method, since a wire tip end state is not considered, when processing at the completion of prior weldment is changed and when hot start and cold start are mixed in weldment, the obtained tendency of arc start defection has low reliability. ! SOLUTION: When a weldment start condition is inputted, a teaching input part 30 calculates the interval time between a weldment start step being created or edited and a prior weldment finish step. The teaching input part 30 searches for corresponding weldment processing in a database storage part using the weldment start condition, the weldment finish condition of the prior weldment finish step, and the interval time. The teaching input part 30 outputs both the numbers of cases of good quality and bad quality of the arc start in the weldment start condition on the basis of a result of the search. !
