<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit for establishing a high speed operation and low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This driver circuit for inputting a logical signal X with a low potential side power source as a reference, and for generating a logical signal Y by using a high potential side power source Vcc is configured of a level shift circuit 10, an output circuit 20, a first detection control circuit 30, and a second detection control circuit 40.
