摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of a test object, capable of measuring simply and accurately the concentration of the test object in a test sample having a coexisting interfering material. <P>SOLUTION: This measuring method of the concentration of the test object in the test sample includes a process of measuring a current on a plurality of electric potentials in voltammetry wherein an enzyme electrode, including an enzyme using the test material as a substrate, is used as a working electrode, concerning a plurality of standard samples, including the test material having a known concentration and the interfering material having a known concentration; a process of allowing a neural network to learn acquired measured values by back propagation method; a process of measuring a current by the same method as described above, concerning the test sample including the test material, having unknown concentration and the interfering material having unknown concentration; and a process of inputting acquired measured values into the neural network, and determining the concentration of the test material in the test sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
