PRIMER FOR BACTEROIDES AND DETECTION METHOD USING THE PRIMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize a primer capable of specifically identifying various kinds of bacteria detected in the human bowel by a genus level or a strain level; and to provide a method for rapidly and readily identifying and analyzing the bacteria by using the primer.

SOLUTION: The primer for Bacteroides comprises a specific base sequence or a complementary sequence thereof. The detection method of the Bacteroides by using the primer comprises (1) a step for extracting the DNA in a specimen, and (2) a step for carrying out the PCR reaction by using one or more of the primers.
