PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutritive adjuvant which makes possible to efficiently and continuously take eel roes and sperms themselves or their extracts and further surely grasp the intakes of nutritive ingredients, and to provide a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the nutritive adjuvant comprises a pretreatment process for preliminarily washing eel roes and sperms themselves or their extracts, a thermal treatment process for sterilizing and parasite-removing the pretreatment product, a finely grinding treatment process for finely grinding the thermal treatment product, a drying process for drying the finely ground product, and a pulverization treatment process for pulverizing the dried product. The powder obtained by the production method can be used as a nutritive adjuvant in the powder state as such, added to other foods, or extracted into liquids or pastes.
