<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that one must submit a notice of the loss of an article which he bought when he has lost the article and the loss is reported to an original purchaser in case that the lost article is re-sold. <P>SOLUTION: In a lost article retrieval-and-liaison system, an article ID recorded to a tag attached to the sold article, a mail address of the latest purchaser and so on are recorded to a lost article management server from a sale information terminal. When the article is lost, the article is retrieved by the lost article management server based on the article ID of the lost article (sold article), and the retrieval is reported on line to the loser information terminal of the mail address of the loser (purchaser). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
