<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the convenience of a transport requester (passenger) who uses a transport service such as a taxi, hired car or chauffeur service. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular telephone 5 of a transport requester sends transport request data to a transport arrangement support server 2, and in response to the transport request data, a plurality of transport agency servers 6 send respective transport condition offer data to the transport arrangement support server 2.
