<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support method for automatically extracting a business process. <P>SOLUTION: Message monitoring parts 102-1 to 102-n included in respective nodes 101-1 to 101-n monitor messages transmitted/received among the nodes 101-1 to 101-n and their transmitting/receiving states, a message information collection part 201 registers the monitored results in a message information registering database 202 as message information and process estimation parts 204-1 to 204-m estimate business processes on the basis of the registered message information and a process extraction part 203 extracts the estimated business processes and registers the extracted business processes in a process information database 206.
