摘要 The present invention provides a novel active-energy-ray-polymerizable resin composition having excellent adhesiveness, and a laminate using the same, the laminate being, in particular, a laminate for an optical device and having better punching workability and durability to heat and humidity than in the past. The present invention relates to: an active-energy-ray-polymerizable resin composition containing an α,&bgr;-ethylenic unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (M) and boric acid and/or a boric acid derivative; an active-energy-ray-polymerizable resin composition containing a cationic-polymerizable compound (K), boric acid and/or a boric acid derivative, and a cationic polymerization initiator (KE); and also an active-energy-ray-polymerizable resin composition using both the α,&bgr;-ethylenic unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (M) and the cationic-polymerizable compound (K), and containing boric acid and/or a boric acid derivative.
