A protective device for a solar Stirling engine heat absorber. A Stirling engine comprises a heat absorber. The heat absorber is provided with a daylight opening (7). The protective device comprises a lightproof light screen (6). The light screen (6) is rotatably connected to a shell (3) of the heat absorber, so that the light screen (6) rotates to a first position at which the daylight opening (7) is shielded or rotates to a fourth position at which the daylight opening (7) is completely opened, or rotates to a second position or a third position at which the daylight opening (7) is partially opened. The protective device for a solar Stirling engine heat absorber can rapidly and effectively cut off a light path projected on the heat absorber to avoid overheating and overburning of the heat absorber.
