A first strut (31) is restricted from swinging toward an engaging concavity (15) by a restricting member (60) until one end of a second strut (32) engages in the engaging concavity (15). As a result, the first strut (31) can be prevented from starting to swing when a notch plate (10) is rotating in a first direction relative to a pocket plate (20). Consequently, it is possible to prevent shocks caused by changes in inertia that occur together with the engaging of the first strut (31). Furthermore, one end of the first strut (31) can be prevented from hitting the engaging concavity (15) before the one end of the first strut (31) is sufficiently inserted into the engaging concavity (15). Consequently, it is possible to prevent the one end of the first strut (31) and the wall surface of the engaging concavity (15) from being damaged by concentrated loads.
|
