The present invention relates to a novel revamipide prodrug, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof and, more specifically, to a novel revamipide prodrug, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel revamipide prodrug of the present invention has an in vivo absorption rate which is around 25 times higher than that of revamipide, and is substituted for revamipide, and thus can be useful for the prevention or treatment of gastric ulcer, acute gastritis, chronic gastritis, dry eye syndrome, cancer, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or obesity.
