The present invention provides a method for arranging apartment buildings using a parametric tool in which a method arranges apartment buildings using a parametric tool in a house plan design to deduct an optimal item by objectively comparing alternatives by automatically measuring an apartment building arrangement item and an outline according to site conditions, restriction conditions, and regulations on the house plan design using a parametric tool which uses a typology and a regulation code as parameters comprising: an arrangement automation preparation step to set a parameter according to a regulation code and a typology of apartment buildings; a parameter input step to receives a condition on a design process as a parameter value of a program; and an apartment building arrangement step to arrange a selected type of an apartment building according to the typology and the regulation code.
