The present invention relates to a method of producing a glass plate patterned with phosphor and a white LED comprising a glass plate patterned with phosphor. A glass plate having improved luminous efficiency according to the present invention includes a mixture layer mixed with glass frit and phosphor; and a phosphor pattern layer which is prepared on at least one side of the mixture layer and has phosphor with a preset pattern.
