<p>The present invention relates to a contrast composition containing an X-ray contrast agent and albumin, and comprising micro air bubbles, and a preparation method therefor. The contrast composition of the present invention has high tackiness; thus, during a prolonged contrast, has more advantageous effects than conventional contrast agents. Thus, the present invention is capable of: maintaining a contrast effect similar to conventional contrast agents over a long period of time during a gastrointestinal tract fluoroscopy, cholangiography, vascular system disease examination, etc., which require tackiness of the contrast agent; and reducing the amount of the contrast agent being used.</p> |
