<p>One-component composition that can be cured in two steps, is claimed where the composition pre-cured using moisture in the first curing step, and curing the composition using heat in the second curing step. Independent claims are included for: (1) a pre-cured composition comprising at least one polymeric blocked amine with at least two blocked, hydrolytically activated amino group, which is obtained by the reaction of at least one isocyanate-group containing polyurethane polymer, with at least one blocked amine, and moisture, at least one surface-deactivated polyisocyanate that is solid at room temperature, and moisture; (2) bonding of a substrate-S1 (11) with a substrate-S2 (12) comprising (a1) applying the composition on the substrates-S1 and contacting the composition with moisture at a temperature of less than 50[deg] C for pre-curing the composition, (a2) heating the pre-cured composition at 60-160 (preferably 90-130)[deg] C, and (a3) contacting the pre-cured composition with a substrate-S2, where the steps (a2) and (a3) simultaneously or can be reversed in order, and the substrate-S1 and -S2 are same or different; (3) a module body comprising a substrate-S1 and a pre-cured composition on it, which is obtained by the one component composition under the influence of moisture; and (4) a composite body (3) comprising a substrate-S1, a substrate-S2 and cured composition, which is present between the two substrates, that is obtained from the one component composition under the influence heat and moisture.</p> |
