<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe rail traveling device capable of stably traveling on a traveling rail while using an inexpensive pipe as the traveling rail, allowing a cart for carrying a raw material, product, agricultural product or the like or an overhead crane to be easily assembled in a factory, storehouse, or construction site by use of the pipe rail traveling device. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe rail traveling device 1 using a pipe 7 as the traveling rail 10 includes: wing-like inclined portions 3 having the same inclination, which are formed on both lateral sides on both end sides along the longitudinal direction of a base member 2; a support shaft 4 provided to protrude from each of the inclined portions 3; and a bearing 5 attached to the support shaft 4. The bearings 5 are attached in a symmetric manner so that the center line of bearing outer rings 6 orthogonal to the rotation central axes of the left and right bearings 5 cross the central axis of the pipe 7 as the traveling rail 10 to form wheels 9 contacting with the upper outer circumference of the pipe 7 in a straddle manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
