Provided are a method and a system for providing a customized service based on a lifestyle. A method for improving a lifestyle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: acquiring/accumulating user-related data to grasp a user′s lifestyle; and evaluating the grasped lifestyle to provide a service determined based on the lifestyle when an improvement is needed, thereby contributing to the promotion of mental health as well as physical health of a user. |
