The present invention relates to a safety belt. And the safety belt comprises: an upper body cover unit covering the front side of the upper body of a passenger; a pair of shoulder bands separately extended from the upper part of the upper body cover unit and supporting the shoulders across with the head of the passenger; a back band to support the pair of the shoulder bands in the back of a chair or a wheelchair by which the upper body of the passenger is supported; and a seat band which is extended from the lower part of the upper body cover unit, supported from the lower surface of the seat of the chair or wheelchair for supporting the lower body thereof, and bound with the back band. |
