The present invention relates to a composition for mixed paste containing vegetables. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for a mixed paste comprising anchovy stock and a first, second, and third ingredient and to a method for manufacturing the mixed paste composition comprising: a step for preparing anchovy stock by eviscerating, adding drinking water, and boiling; a step for mixing the first ingredient with the anchovy stock and boiling down by heating; and a step for adding the second and third ingredients to the mixture and boiling. The present invention provides the a mixed paste containing vegetables rich in flavor and nutrients and good for health.
