The present invention relates to a large scale insecticidal chamber system of low oxygen concentration comprising: an operation chamber (3) killing harmful insects in an incoming object by rarefying the oxygen level in the interior space (S); an insecticide container (5) rarefying the oxygen level in the interior space (S) by injecting an insecticide into the interior space (S); an insecticide supply control unit (7) controlling a supply of the insecticide injected into the operation chamber (3) from the insecticide container (5); an air supply/exhaust means (9) sucking the outdoor air into the interior space (S) or discharging the insecticide in the interior space (S) to the outside; and a thermo-hygrostat (10) maintaining the operation condition in the interior of the operation chamber (3) according to an order of the insecticide supply control unit (7), thereby killing a large amount of harmful insects in the objects such as cultural assets or removing harmful insects in a large object conveniently, safely, and smoothly.
