<p>The present invention relates to a jig for painting the back side of longe. More particularly, the present invention relates to a jig for painting the back side of longe capable of allowing a worker to easily perform a painting process on the back side of longe. The jig is supported on the horizontal surface of the longe with a constant distance and is slid in the length direction of the longe to obtain uniform painting quality. For this, the present invention includes a jig body which an inside part which has a pipe shape with holes which the paint passes through, and a lower part where a nozzle part which sprays paint to the lower surface of the horizontal surface of longe installed to the inside of a ship block, and a support part which one end part where a guide roller is arranged to be parallel to the horizontal surface of the longe and touch the horizontal surface to be rotate, and the other end part combined with the jig body.</p> |
